Ingredients:
Alkaline drinking granules: Sodium citrate, calcium lactate, citric acid (acid), magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, potassium bicarbonate, maltodextrin, natural lemon flavouring, zinc citrate, sucralose (sweetener), chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenate.

Separate the sachet down the middle. Pour drinking granules into a dry glass. Add still water (approx. 150 ml). Stir as needed. Take with capsule.
