Ingredients
- 50 g dried pasta
- 50 g carrots
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 medium pickled gherkin
- 6 black olives
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Basica® Vital
- 25 g Edam
- 50 g cooked ham
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs
- 50 g dried pasta

Cook pasta according to the packet instructions and rinse with cold water.

Dice the carrots, pepper, gherkin, ham and Edam and halve the olives. Marinade these ingredients in a mixture of yogurt, Basica® Vital, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and place in the fridge.

One hour before serving, remove from the fridge and sprinkle with herbs.
