Ingredients

  • 100 g celery
  • 100 g apples
  • 100 g pineapple
  • 20 g lettuce (2 large leaves)
  • 6 walnuts
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice

Peel and slice the celery into strips and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Peel, core and grate the apple and drizzle with lemon juice.

Combine the yogurt and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper to taste and add to the apple-celery mixture. Finely chop the walnuts. Cut the pineapple into chunks and add to the salad along with the walnuts.

step 3/3

Arrange on the 2 large salad leaves and serve.
