- 200 g Quinoa
- 150 g Chickpeas
- 200 g Vegetables

Rinse the quinoa, cook in 400 ml water or stock for 15-20 minutes until soft and leave to cool.

Chop the vegetables and steam or roast until soft.
step 3/3
Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Mix the quinoa, vegetables and chickpeas in a bowl.
