Almond and chia pudding with berries

Ingredients

  • 3 EL Chia seeds (approx. 30g)
  • 200 ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 TL Maple syrup or agave syrup (optional)
  • 100 g Mixed berries
  • 10 g chopped almonds

step 1/3

Place the chia seeds in a bowl or glass and pour the almond milk over them. Stir well and leave to soak for about 5 minutes.

step 2/3

Stir again to prevent lumps from forming. Leave the chia pudding to soak in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

step 3/3

Stir in the maple syrup or agave syrup before serving, if desired. Top the pudding with the mixed berries and chopped almonds.
