Ingredients
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 4 prunes
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp porridge oats
- 1 tbsp wheatgerm
- 6 walnut halves
- 1/2 tsp Basica® Vital

Soak the prunes in water overnight.

Squeeze the prunes out into the water, making sure to save the liquid. Finely slice the prunes and stir them into the quark.

Stir the Basica® Vital into the prune quark along with a little of the liquid and then mix in the oats.
step 4/4
Spoon this mixture over the raisins. Sprinkle the wheatgerm on top and garnish with the walnut halves.
