- 1 multigrain roll
- 2 small eggs
- 1/2 small onion
- 30 g cooked ham
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 slightly heaped tbsp Basica® Vital
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- Salt

- Parsley

Finely chop the onion and cut the ham into strips. Pan-fry in a little oil.

Beat the eggs, add Basica® Vital as desired, season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste, pour over the onions and ham and stir.
step 3/3
Garnish with parsley. Halve and butter the multigrain roll.
