Almond-coconut energy balls

Ingredients

  • 100 g Almonds
  • 50 g Coconut flakes
  • 2 EL Coconut oil
  • 1 EL Maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 EL Chia seeds
  • 100 g Almonds
  • 50 g Coconut flakes

step 1/4

Chop the almonds in a blender until they have a fine consistency.

step 2/4

Add the grated coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup and chia seeds and mix well.

step 3/4

Shape the mixture into about 10 small balls.

step 4/4

Leave the balls to set in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes. Enjoy as a snack between meals.
