Ingredients

  • 200 g dark couverture
  • 30 g Cocoa butter
  • 100 g sugar-free cornflakes
  • 5 Tropfen Vanilla extract oil (e.g. from Primavera)
  • 5 Tropfen Cocoa extract oil (e.g. from Primavera)
  • 2 Sticks Basica Pure (optional)
  • Some colorful decorative sugar mixture to decorate
  • 200 g dark couverture

Melt the chocolate coating with the cocoa butter in a bain-marie.

Add the aromatic oils and the Basica.

step 3/4

Add the cornflakes and form small “heaps” with a small spoon. Then sprinkle with the decorative sugar mixture and leave to cool on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Store in a sealed tin.
