- 100 g berries (fresh or frozen)
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp porridge oats
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds (or 7 almonds, finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp crushed linseed
- 1 tbsp wheatgerm
- 1/2 tsp Basica® Vital

Blend the yogurt with the Basica® Vital and honey until smooth, then stir in the berries, oats, linseed and almonds.

Sprinkle the wheatgerm on top.
