Ingredients

  • 100 g berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds (or 7 almonds, finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp crushed linseed
  • 1 tbsp wheatgerm
  • 1/2 tsp Basica® Vital
  • 100 g berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds (or 7 almonds, finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp crushed linseed
  • 1 tbsp wheatgerm
  • 1/2 tsp Basica® Vital

Blend the yogurt with the Basica® Vital and honey until smooth, then stir in the berries, oats, linseed and almonds. 

step 2/2

Sprinkle the wheatgerm on top.
