- 1 ripe banana
- 100 g Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 200 ml Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 EL Linseed
- 1 TL Lemon juice

Peel the banana and place in a blender with the raspberries and almond milk. Add the linseed and lemon juice. Blend everything well until you have a creamy smoothie.

Pour into a glass and drink straight away or keep for later.
