- 1 ripe mango
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 125 ml coconut milk
- 40 g shredded coconut
- 2 measures Basica® Instant

Peel and finely chop the mango and purée together with the lemon juice. Heat the coconut milk briefly in a bain-marie, stir in the Basica® Instant and combine with the shredded coconut. Add the mango mixture along with 2 tbsp crushed ice. Stir or shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
