- 100 g strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 measures Basica® Instant

Juice the grapefruit and lemon and dissolve the Basica® Instant in the juice. Purée the banana with the strawberries, vanilla and honey. Combine the fruit purée with the juice and 2 tbsp crushed ice. Stir or shake well and strain into a chilled glass.
