Kiwi banana smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (approx. 200 g pulp)
  • 5 kiwis (approx. 300 g pulp)
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 10 g sugar / honey or similar
  • 9 g acacia fibers
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 Stick Basica Pure (optional)

Peel the kiwis and bananas and cut into pieces. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Serve chilled.

 

Note

Acacia fiber consists of 80% soluble fiber. Soluble fiber serves as food for our intestinal bacteria (prebiotic effect).
