Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup of popcorn kernels
  • 1 EL Olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
  • 1 TL Cumin (optional)
  • 1 TL dried herbs such as oregano or basil (optional)
  • Salt to taste (use a little or leave out completely)

step 1/4

Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the popcorn kernels and place the lid on the pan. 

step 2/4

Wait until the kernels start to pop. Shake occasionally so that the popcorn pops evenly and does not burn. 

step 3/4

When the popcorn is ready (the popping stops), remove the pan from the heat and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl. 

step 4/4

Season with paprika powder, cumin, dried herbs and a little salt. Stir well so that the spices are evenly distributed.
