Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup of popcorn kernels
- 1 EL Olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 TL Cumin (optional)
- 1 TL dried herbs such as oregano or basil (optional)
- Salt to taste (use a little or leave out completely)

Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the popcorn kernels and place the lid on the pan.

Wait until the kernels start to pop. Shake occasionally so that the popcorn pops evenly and does not burn.

When the popcorn is ready (the popping stops), remove the pan from the heat and transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.

Season with paprika powder, cumin, dried herbs and a little salt. Stir well so that the spices are evenly distributed.
