Ingredients

  • 200 g Salmon fillet
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 50 g Carrots
  • 50 g Zucchini
  • 1-2 EL Olive oil
  • 200 g Salmon fillet

  • 1-2 EL Olive oil

preparation

step 1/3

Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Fry in 1-2 tbsp olive oil over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. 

step 2/3

Cut the broccoli into florets and the carrots and zucchinis into pieces. Steam in a steamer basket for 5-7 minutes. 

step 3/3

Serve the salmon fillet with the vegetables.
